Accepted format: PDF File Name Format: BRIEF - Last Name_First Name

• Short Biography and headshot (of each member if group)

• Brief Description of your video concept (Max 300 words)

2. FILM ENTRY

Accepted format: MP4, 1080p, max 300 MB

File Name Format: SHORT FILM - Last Name_First Name

*Name in File Name should be representative

3. SCHOOL DOCUMENTS FOR SY 2024-2025 (of each member if group)

Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG | max 10 MB

b. PROOF OF ENROLLMENT

File Name Format: POE - Last Name_First Name

*Name in File Name should be of each member

Storage drives accepted are: Google Drive, One Drive (for MS users), Dropbox
